Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Hygiene Note: For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on toys that have been chewed, or apparel with visible pet hair or odors.
